Bought a Escobar from them and it burnt out quickly after walking out. They should let customers know that they've had previous issues with them because most employees have admitted that they aren't great vapes after you make the purchase. Or have a sign saying that they aren't good. Wasted over 40$ on those vapes at this location and have not gotten any refunds or exchanges. I went to the Huebner Rd location on Tuesday morning, 9/27/23. I usually buy disposable vapes from them with no problems at all. However, I bought two of the Esco brand disposable vapes and one but BOTH of them broke within less than five minutes of taking them out of the package. I barely got five puffs of both of them. Tried to charge them but they STILL did not work. I spoke to an employee, who only offered me 10% on my next purchase. I came in looking for vape supplies. They had a wide array of high quality vape supplies where you can make it look like the fog is rolling into San Francisco. However, I was looking for a rather low end part for my e-cig, and they didn't have it. The clerk was helpful and did make several suggestions on what to try out as an alternative, but everything they had was much more involved than I was looking to get into. He was very upbeat, excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable and pulled exactly what I wanted off the shelf. Unfortunately, the delivery service I was going to use didn't service, that store. Today I got in I ask for a 14mm male banger the kid pulls out 14mm female bangers lol then finds a "14" but guess what it was packaged wrong it's like a "16" plus I paid $35 for a thermal banger nail cause that never have flat tops. So I get a flat top somewhere else and I'm like alright I'll just return this unused banger that I can't even understand cause it doesn't fit my piece. So I call and they say the don't do exchanges or returns lol it's unused I was there a previous 3 hours ago and I can't even use the product. Great shop to go to. Super clean and all of the guys that I've met there were super chill and knowledgeable. They have a little bit of everything, and most of the glass is hand-blown. I'm not into vaping but one of the guys there makes their juices homemade and they seem to have a lot of vaping accessories. I started going to this shop about a month ago, The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, I bought a vape kit and some e juice - for around 3 times what I should have paid for a Kangertech Topbox mini starter kit, yet, felt like I could trust this shop and was dealing with the store manager himself. When checking out I was never directed that if there was an issue to go to the manufacturer. nor on any occasion was I directed to any signage that stated no returns nor does the receipt state that. In fact I was told to return if there was any problems, it was stressed to retain my receipt in case there was an issue. Then the problems started, and things changed , and the tone changed for friendly and welcoming to friendly yet dismissing. As different components failed it seemed clear, this is a defective product. I returned to the shop on each occasion of failure to be told, "wow thats weird, but Iam sorry we have a no return policy, you have to go through the manufacturer and have to buy a replacement" , Yet when I called to inquire about what the policy is I was informed that it "depends on the person mostly but sometimes they will hook you up" (less than a mile away I bought a much nicer unit for less money with a warranty, from a small independent shop btw) All in all I spent over $300 in this shop in a month and , I am still waiting a call back from this person from a week ago. I think it is clear this establishment does not care about return customers just patrons they can milk for cash. A shame to real vape shops ... let's hope today being the 8th this is the last they sell in San Antonio ! read more

This shop is very nice if your looking for vaping gear or some quality smoke products. My only complaint is the customer service. For the most part customer service is okay but it seems like every time I've went in the people working there only seem to want to talk to each other and vape instead of helping me out. Maybe it's just me going in at a bad time but this seems to happen every time I'm there I get the same service. I recently had some coils built at their other location and when I got home to try them out on a fresh set of batteries I noticed they weren't even tightened to the posts, and the coils were touching the outer cap to the rda. I didn't notice this till I hit the fire button and got a nice spark shoot out. So needless to say the coils were ruined. I basically paid 20 bucks for garbage all thanks to Tristan not doing his job right. I mean you'd figure this is a vape shop that does coil builds they'd at least do some common sense stuff like make sure the damn thing is gonna be tightened down and safe to vape! read more
