The…read morecustomer service was lack-luster to say the least. when purchasing a refill for juice, I handed the man my punch card and knowing the current health crisis I know human contact is limited , but he did NOT hand me back my punch card... most likely set it randomly on his very messy counter instead of politely handing it back to me (which I might add is easy to do without touching ones' hand) It Would've cost them nothing to fix the problem and replace the card, but he made no attempt. I work solely in customer service and it would be frowned on, the way they treat customers. I will NOT be back!

I had a very great experience at CIV, its not my first rodeo with vaping but I remember last year…read moremy cousin gave me one and I had no idea how to use it. CIV was recommended to me to answer questions and to buy E-Liquid from so I stopped in. I told the guy up front that I was a super beginner and had absolutely no idea what I was doing and he was super patient and nice and let me sample out several types of liquid before I found the right one. The selection of vape juice is pretty overwhelming so its nice you can sample it before you buy it! This time, I was going in to buy brand new of everything since my cousin took back his vape, and the guy again was super helpful and asked my budget and what I was looking for. I told him my preferences and what I liked and he nailed it! They unfortunately do not carry my favorite E-Liquid anymore but he did a fantastic job of finding me a flavor that is super comparable and I even like it a bit better too! The only downside for CIV is both locations are in sketchy parts of town but I definitely recommend stopping here.

I had to settle for a straight cut. Value is decent. Bought a My Father for $11 bucks. Good value but service is weak. Decent selection of cigars reason for not giving a 1 star.
