My review is mixed. If you come in when the girls are working, you'll have a nice time! They're so sweet and funny and they're always willing to discuss the products. However, if you come in when the guy is working, he's really cold.. he's unreceptive to attempts at conversation, he is typically going to be really short with you (no pleasantries like "hi welcome in"), and he doesn't look like he really wants to be working... Just spent over $400 on thanksgiving day on a Puffco Peak not to mention that puffco lists this exact product for $199.00 & they're selling it for $365.00 that doesn't turn on, I have charged it for hours and still won't turn on. Amanda is amazing , she was very helpful and made my experience at the shop better !! i come here often and everyone is very nice and make sure that you find what your looking for. yes all purchases are final- so if the packaging/ product allows make sure to test out what you can. i had some trouble with a faulty torch. i was unable to test it in the store beacuse it was packaged up(i went with a pricer one hoping to make sure it got the job done well-which it did :)) ) so when i got home i was disappointed to find that the tempature knob was not working .i called in and ofcourse i was told that that all purchases are final , but after explaining my situation to the owners they were very understanding and helped me reach a solution. thank you ! read more

Good prices and and a wide variety of products. I was told they opened about 9 weeks ago so they are relatively new. Go check them out. This place was everything and anything you could possibly need. The manager is really nice and helpful, so don't be shy to ask him questions about the products. There is also a pretty big tobacco cigar room inside the smoke shop if your into that. Super friendly and awesome staff, massively larger selection of lovely products than I anticipated, and the price point on everything was perfectly fair. Stopped by on a whim as I live right down the street. I was in search of an old style pen charger for this old all in one oil pen I keep laying around. They didn't have the chargers to sell as a stand alone but they were determined to make sure I walked out of their store happy, eventually helping me find an inexpensive way to use something I already had and step up my mobile oil game with a pretty neat little Addy that fits on a vape I do have a charger for. I spent all of maybe 10 bucks more than I intended when I walked in but got something better and more versatile than what I was trying revive. read more

I'd like to give this a quarter star but can't. I have been going to this place for a few years now and they have hired a new 70 year old blonde woman that has a bad spay tan and dresses like she thinks she is Stevie Knick's. Who is extremely rude. I stopped by yesterday and for some reason she wasn't going to give me my 10% discount even after I have spoken to the owner previously about her and this situation she started talking extremely loudly and thought she was being cute in front of some young males. I was telling her there was no need for the dramatics and raising her voice as she proceeds to say it was me I let her know I hadn't done anything yet but if it kept up I also would raise my voice as well long story short I did get discount in the end after her call to the owner I really really love this store but wen she is there I will walk out. as for the owner and others get a 5 stars read more

Horrible customer service I went in on my birthday 2/7 to shop as I get to the register to pay the lady told me the give discount to new customers for their birthdays I was like awesome thank you well as we Proceed with the transaction is their machine wasn't allowing them to give discounts or whatever so she writes on my receipt new customer birthday miss discount tells me to come back within a week or 2 weeks. Well then I go back the Next week and a say the same thing that their systems are down and its Bank of America's fault And she reassures me that I can still get my discount I just have to come back or call mind you I live like about 25 minutes from this location I only stopped there due to it wasn't right where I was having my birthday dinner. Well then I go I forget about it so 2 weeks ago I go back in there and the lady there was like oh I have to have owner manager I'm sorry there's nothing I can do right now so as I go K understanding I am assistant manager so I understand well today I call them And this lady tells me I would have to call back at a later time theres nothing she can do for me !
