Worst lazy mistake ever. These guys must sell knockoffs and when they don't work, they ask you if you tried it in store and refuse to return or exchange. They just point to a hand written sign taped haphazardly to the glass. Then you get Tony's face behind the glass offering you items at a discount, but no exchange. Tony the manager even asked, Did you charge it and see if it works? Which apparently I was also supposed to do in the store. Just went here because it was a bit closer than my normal shop... which is Smoke Scene on Ming... the guys there are amazingly friendly and they have a really useful rewards program. I'll drive the extra little bit next time. ‍ Didn't get my item and ended up $30 in total for a $15 item since I bought it again elsewhere. read more

Don't buy pods from here, the coils for these are normally burnt and you can't get a refund! Every single time i buy a pack of pods from this location for my Zero battery, the BRAND NEW PODS are ALWAYS BURNT OUT and so far i've wasted $50 worth of new pods that tasted burnt and couldn't even use. Not like i can get a refund either since they're a third-party seller so take my advice and buy from some other smoke shop because this has happened to me way too often here. read more

Was my go to smoke shop for years until today when I walked in to an employee I'd never seen before who refused to put on a mask when I asked him. Y'all should be wearing them anyway, but especially when a customer asks. Claimed he was asthmatic but that's even more of a reason to wear one. read more

Terrible establishment, I would go there all the time because they offer more vapes than my usual store . Today I was already running behind schedule but stopped for a vape since I needed a new one and once I got my fume it was alright .. I start leaving the parking lot and it started blinking like if it was dead , and it became very hot , my bf goes to return it for me since I have to go to work and asked for money back or a new vape since there's didn't work , the guy in the hat working said it's my fault and there's no returns which is BULL. They have returned for me before so I don't understand why not now .. he must of been new . I will not spend my money there anymore & don't recommended anyone else too , obviously their product is fake & their customer service is trash. read more

Went in to get some hookah, purchased it, and when I got into the car i noticed it was ripped open on the side. Went back inside, asked them if I can get another one because this one was ripped, they argued with me saying it wasn't like that. Like there is a reason to lie about a pack of hookah. They are also really rude. So Check your products before you purchase anything. read more

Staff has been great to me! I visit from out of town and only go to this shop for my vapes. Anytime I have had an issue with a vape, they took care of me. If you talk to them and voice your concerns they will happily fix it. Keep up the great service guys. read more

If I could give a zero star I would... I'm not going to go into great detail. But I figured I overpaid by about 100$ and had to drive across town 4 times to get a working Vape. The over priced vape, only showing the most expensive juices. I am a newbie to this. I went in to get information and to buy something easily portable. That did not happen I was told one lie after another. After spending around 260$ I looked on line and found I had been seriously taken.
