Bought a piece of glass less than a month ago and it cracked within a few days (used glass many times lol I know how to be fragile and I know if it drops it's my fault). It was still usable, however, today my friend used it and the glass shattered in his hands- I've never seen this happen before. He sliced his hand on the shattered glass and had to get multiple stitches in his hand. He went back today to tell them what happened (with blood still on his clothes) and they offered him (as they like to say) $15 off, it was more but he added on $5 of tax. My friend mentioned he's bought glass from them before multiple times and this has never happened, and showed them what happened and explained the glass was cheap and shattered and cut him and they said that's what glass does, they didn't have to offer him the discount. I've had glass break many times and I go buy new glass products, but I've never had this cheap of glass just shatter in someone's hands. The customer service was terrible and the employee hung up on me (2/17/21 1:45pm). I've bought so much from this shop and after this awful customer service experience, my friends and I will never go back here. Be careful of the extremely cheap glass they sell that could break and cut you anytime you use it. They also will not care if you need stitches from their products being defective. I normally don't call or write complaints but this was ridiculous service and I'm really disappointed because I loved this shop. read more

Came here specifically looking for an RDA and was continuously upsold products. I was looking at the Sigelei mod and a standard drip atty. At this point the guy there was constantly trying to upsell me. It was ridiculous. You shouldn't get that you should get this it costs 40 bucks more...you need the double battery charger it only costs 12 more than the single charger. Etc etc...whatever not a big deal he's in business to make sales. I get that. I come home and start looking at my gear online and I learn he overcharged me by so much...the mod he charged $75 I found online for $39...same goes for everything I purchased. This place is a rip off I recommend going elsewhere or doing your homework before you shop here. I felt like I had pretty much been robbed after I learned all this. Not too mention their batteries are knock offs and the crew of young gawking creepy guys blowing obnoxious clouds of vapor in your face constantly is absolutely ridiculous.
