Checked out this smoke shop on my way home. It's not my regular shop but it seemed "legit". I purchased a Lost Mary vape for $25+ tax. However, within 48 hours the vape showed signs of defects stating "short circuit". I went and spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he looked at me as if I was a clown for coming back and brining it to his attention. I honestly wouldn't recommend this smoke shop because of the unprofessionalism. I've had troubles with vapes prior, however I've noticed that a more established and legit shop would've honored the products they're selling with a discount the least especially within 48 hours. Oh well it's $25 but it was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Purchase at your own risk. read more

This is the absolute best smoke shop I've ever frequented, I didn't usually drive 20 mins for a disposable vape but I do for them, the owners and staff are INCREDIBLE people , they never overcharge for the products you might use every day and they are always happy to see you. I've had a few situations where electronic devises did not work properly or just stopped working and they were always very quick to say "not acceptable take a new one please" If you need a vape go there, they don't overcharge and they have a points system that equates to actual spendable money in the shop , go there for your vape every week and end up investing in something cool once you save up enough. I bought delta 8 gummies that had a negative effect on me. I attempted to return and they said they will not accept returns nor exchanges on opened products since they cannot resell. While I understand the policy I still don't agree with the policy. Im giving 2 stars as a result. They offered to give me 10% off my next purchase to compensate which I think is a weak solution as their yelp page offers 15%. Will not shop with this business again. read more

I went in earlier today to get some e-liquid and help as a first time vaper. Andy was super helpful and patient with me, and took her time to explain how to properly use and maintain a vape. All in all had an awesome experience and really impressed with the store, I'll definitely be coming back. These people are thieves. I went there to get a Juul pen and they told me it is $40 with no cartridges. I told them that price was ridiculous and they wouldn't move on it. I went to 7 Eleven and bought the Juul pen with 4 cartridges for $30! Disgusting way to try and rip a good man off! I LOVE this place. I drive about 30 minutes to come here for my juice. It's totally worth it. They have the best prices I've ever seen. Usually spend $30 on my juice, here it's under $20. This place is run by WOMEN, which to me- makes it even better ! Everyone is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great customer reward system, too. Smoke this Too is a good shop! Had some quality pieces and even lowered the price on one of their glass pieces that I wanted but wasn't in my price range. I still have it and it's HUGE and hits smooth. The location in Coral Springs is the shop I usually go to. Very nice staff and definitely has better options than the Grateful J's in Margate. It's a little overwhelming if you're new to the shop or products, because soon as you walk in its usually kids smoking vape and looking at you like you don't belong in their smoking session spot. Other than that ..quality products, friendly service and more options makes them a winner in my book. *They would probably get more people wanting to come in and ask more questions (more business) if they moved the smoking party to the back and keep the front for customers who really need help on certain products. *Also don't come in their shop or any smoke shop with "already used products" ya big dopes or at least CLEAN THEM AND MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE THEY WERE NEVER USED**** lol 4 out of 5 stars for me good local shop. read more

Super nice people that seemed pretty knowledgeable, I tried going to a local store for a change rather than the huge brands. It seems like they receive alot of stuff made not in the best quality because the slide i bought chipped in less than a 3 days, the actual bowl chipped slightly after a week and to top it off it finished breaking off INSIDE my piece in less than a month meanwhile the others I own bought for less or the same price seem to be doing fine. Nice people, just make sure to spend the extra buck for good American made glass, you'll save money in the end. read more

Selling products that they don't stand behind. and if have a problem with this with there policy, make sure not to bring your product. that will only get you kicked out the store. The manager, Amanda is rude, abrasive and disrespectful. showing little regard for customer service and was completely unapologetic for her treatment of customers with legitimate product malfunctions. I really enjoy visiting smoke this too for all my habits. Whether it's a tasty new vape or a Gorgeous glass piece this is the place I always visit first. The staff I've encountered have always been Friendly and very knowledgeable. The last few times I've gone April and Rich were behind the counter. They are a prime example of the fantastic customer service you'll receive coming here. They answered every question I had honestly and helped me pick out the exact products for my needs. So whether you are a regular vaper or new to it I would highly recommend going in. From the outside it sometimes appears to have more of a head shop vibe but I can assure you once inside the shop they treat each customer indivually and help them with their personal needs rather than making assumptions. read more

Went in for a tank for my G-Pen. Normally this is a dry herb product, but I've been using it for vaping e-juice. (Got it on sale, always used for e-juice) The short gentlemen asked me if it was used and asked me to leave, without question. I was shocked. Absolutely my favorite smoke shop and I've been to them all, from Boca to lauderdale. The selection is huge and the staff is beyond friendly. Most importantly is they Won't sell you what you dont need and have the knowledge to explain why!!
