if I could give the shop a zero, I would solely based on their customer service! I stopped in last night and purchased a 2 pack of cigars. However, when I got home and opened the pack, they were extremely stale to the point. They were disintegrating like dried up leaves on a tree. No biggie right.? Just take it back in explain the problem, especially since you've been going here a couple of years.... So that's what I did.. however the woman working stated yes I understand thAt they're stale but Still nothing she can do about it though.! I reply that's bogus. Are you able to call the owner? I've had this conversation before about stale products. She proceeds to get on the phone completely Ignore me call someone who she said is not the owner and then hand me another pack And says "OPEN IT WHILE YOU'RE IN HERE" and my reply was " Definitely planned to And I won't be returning" after telling me that was fine. I pack.... Lo and behold. Another super stale pack !!! I handed it right back to her told her don't worry about it. Smoke Times has everything you are looking for in Tobacco products. I particularly like them because they are 1 of 2 places in the Knightdale/Raleigh area that sells Bali Hai clove cigars.
