I always go to Just Smoke because they are the only ones that have the type of wraps that I enjoy. The customer service here is GREAT. Much better than the other Just Smoke location that's close by. I have both managed another vape shop and shopped in several others, and I have NEVER experienced this type of personal one on one customer service in this industry. I believe she is a manager, but if you have other locations she needs to be a district manager - this is how you make and retain repeat customers.
