The attitude of the employee angered us and half of our group left. The rest of us ordered the required amount of hookahs. It gets worse. The last hookah we ordered never came out. We had to wait over 30 minutes for it because they forgot about it. We had to ask about it three times. So they rushed us and then forgot a hookah. We have been to HofH several times and never had an issue. We do not plan to return with this type of service allowed. The ladies restroom was clogged and was out of order the entire time we were there. Also, the music was going in and out the entire time as they are in need of a sound system. I hope they make some changes or they will continue to lose customers.
