We knew we wanted an epic taco bar and Ravenous helped us build the perfect menu of appetizers, sides, and of course tacos with all the toppings you could ever want. Our guests loved that they were able to clearly see on the menu and labels what was vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free too. The food lived up to the hype and was tasty and fresh (something important to me)! My sister also claimed this was the best guacamole she had ever had. Ravenous was easy to work with and helpful with answering all our questions over the long time between booking/wedding date. On the wedding date, they worked so seamlessly with the venue staff and our day-of-coordinator my involvement was no more than a hello and thank you. When I contacted the wedding venue if they could get in touch because they recommended this caterer for us. They called them and the caterer immediately called them back to tell them that they canceled service on us. They said for non-payment even though we specifically requested payment links multiple times and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know that they canceled service. We were left scrambling before the wedding to find another caterer. Fortunately with someone else was able to come through for us but this company nearly ruined my daughter's wedding. Do not ever use this company. I am adding additional clarification based on their response. They are correct that there were some changes, but they were told well in advance what the final numbers were. Additionally, they asked for payment and I responded to that email saying that I was not able to locate the payment link and I asked for it to be resent. They did not do so. I called and emailed multiple times after that point. They refuse to respond in any way. They were willing to call back the venue to let them know that they canceled the order, but they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me this. Completely unprofessional. If you want to cancel the order, that's your choice but you didn't even let us know this. Again. I asked for the payment link several times. Thanks. I called and left voicemails. I left emails and you refused to respond in any way. Do not do business with this company. They are completely unprofessional.

Then they did not seem to have any cheese, but did have some sour cream (maybe they ran out of cheese, but should have told people). The burrito was $19 and no excuse to pack it full of rice. This was really disappointing, the food vendors here are usually excellent (my wife was smarter and had a sandwich from Purple and loved it). Perhaps the tacos or Baja Bowl are better.
