Figure it out, folks - this is luxury entertainment sales! It is a want, not a need, and customers have alternatives, all of which are cheaper and friendlier.

Young male working there kind of hanging around us, watching, as I am looking in through the glass of the locked cases at the cigar selection and daughter is looking at scented candles. A minute later, I see he is talking to my daughter and I go over to see what's going on. He said we have to leave, as it is "the law" that she can't be in the store. Ummm, I don't think that's a law, Buddy. You just can't SELL to an underage person. She can be in the store with me, her parent. It's heavily storming outside and she's not sitting in the hot and humid car in the rain. So I say, ok, I'll take her outside and I'll come back in alone and look quick. He said NO!!! I can't come back in!!! I'm thinking, WHAT?!?!?! I can't be in here, at 44 years old, by myself? He then said I could come back "at a later date". He informed me that I was here today to buy cigars for my underage daughter. HUH???? Well, Buddy, I absolutely will NOT be back at "a later date".
