At the time, the shop was also very well set up for COVID precautions, with a hand sanitizer station and service at the door, and the clerk helping me being gloved. He was beyond helpful as I made my selection, and I was also shocked by how inexpensive the beautiful piece I bought turned out to be - I would have spent double the cost for it. It has been durable (despite being glass and dropped by me a couple times) and I've gotten compliments on it. I searched the area to find a place to buy a pack of cigarettes, this was the closest I got. Showed up and there were two other people in the store, I had a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. I'm not going to lie, he was looking like he was having a bad day and could quite possibly rip my head off. But it was all a facade. I had a pleasant interaction and ended up chatting with him a bit.
