The owner went far above and beyond to help us. He spent HOURS helping us search and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing anyone. Not only did he help us look, but he also showed incredible kindness by offering us drinks and even pizza while we searched. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this level of care, compassion, and generosity really stood out. It wasn't just good service--it was genuine kindness.
