I frequent here as the owners here are absolutely the coolest people ever!…read more Every time I stop by I always learn about something new that is on the market and they are very honest about the ups and downs of one product or another to make sure the customer is informed to make what will fit their needs best. I have witnessed them take the time to educate people on what they are buying, how to use it safely and that in my book is huge! I really like that they have juices you can not find anywhere else locally and they don't have the mentality of "You should buy this because it's a move it now item." They make their recommendations based off your taste and will not push their opinion on to you about it. This is one of the best no-pressure shops I have been to and when they are not busy they love to just chat with you about things. Something else to mention is they have a board on there with upcoming concerts and sometimes discounts on if you buy tickets through them you get a discount on your purchase. Came in looking for a few specific items in specific sizes. When he tried to sell me the bigger I let him know I could not afford it, as much as I would love to, being friendly in saying so. His smile disappeared and he barely spoke to me the rest of the interaction. He knows I have gotten bigger purchases before and was trying to cut the price by $5 and when I said no, he went through the transaction so fast I couldn't even put my loyalty number in and when I said "oh the number went away", he just looked at me and said the total. Went from 3 or 4 very pleasant visits to being treated like an annoyance. If you want customers, don't get angry when they can't afford things. There are 2 other smoke shops in spitting distance (literally within a mile) and I will happily go to either from now on, even if one costs more and one is inconvenient, because they are happy to see me, make sure I use my rewards and don't push me. Return customers come back because of price and relationship to the workers, especially in smoke shops. Dont be acting like were best friends until I cant afford something I never asked you to order. Will not be going back.
