His ability to customize a solution for us that met all of our needs was terrific . He listened carefully and offered alternatives until we had the exact configuration we wanted. Features and prices were examined carefully and explained in detail patiently with a wealth of knowledge. Probably the most helpful was responding to our question about doing the installation in two parts. Our motor was destroyed in a lightning strike so we were lifting the door manually. Lead time on door installation was 3-6 weeks. So without extra cost Taylor installed a new motor interim to door delivery. We had a functioning door immediately and door delivery ceased to be an issue. We are completely satisfied with Taylor and Precision.
