I had to update my review after a visit yesterday. Its been a while since I had been here, and it…read morehas really changed. I walked in, and the clerk behind the counter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I looked for the flavor board, and it wasn't on the wall but was replaced by a cardboard sitting near a sofa. I had to guess what I liked based on past experiences rather than a helpful employee offering suggestions. He didn't seem to know the products at all, and after filling my bottle forgot to put a label on it. Another employee, a woman seemed to know a little more, and checked me out along with accesories I needed. They forgot to ask if I was military even, I guess that discount is gone? The store felt very unwelcome, and I just wanted to get my gear and leave. The old staff that was there was always so great, and on top of recommendations etc., and I am not sure if they left or not. I am going to try other stores that have opened up next time.

I feel bad for the people who have to go there because they live nearby and don't have any other choice. It used to be the place I'd go because I didn't know any better, then I went to the north side for a while when that short dark haired lady ran the place. World of difference back then in customer service. I don't think she's around anymore though. Service has suffered at both locations as a result.

They tried "up selling" my daughter a pod for her vape. The pod was the incorrect one and did not…read morework. She called immediately and they told us they didn't have a return policy. That's irrelevant when you as the seller pushes a higher price item over the one the purchaser wanted and knew was the correct one. Replacing with the correct one is the right thing to do. Doing business like this is wrong and anyone trying to decide wether or not to go here or somewhere else please keep this in mind.

I bought a disposable puff plus bar, which was very overpriced. The worst part is that it wasn't…read morelegit! I compared the one purchased from them from a real puff plus bar and I should've realized immediately it was fake. The color isn't even the same, and the filter is on the wrong side. These disposables have up to 800 puffs and can last me up to a week, whereas this one lasted a matter of hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
