The young man who came out to help me got out a calculator and started typing in numbers and showed it to me and said see u got the discount. Because they had a promotion going. I told him I knew that I still over paid & talked to the manager. He started with the calculator again and said see again. I informed him regardless I still over paid & I had talked to the manager. A 10 min ordeal that should have been no big deal ended with me walking out after I told him he had no customer service skills with out my over paid money! I will not be back to any shoe sensation again and I buy shoes regularly. All I can say about this store is avoid it!!!! No customer service!!! You do not talk down to your customers if you want to keep them!
