After that we chatted briefly about Specialized bikes and how he got one when he went to college. When I picked up the bike, which they fixed in one day, they had cleaned the grease off my brakes (even though I didn't even ask them to) and superbly adjusted them. The price for the repair was exactly what the original employee guessed. Overall, Route 66 had friendly staff and fixed my bike promptly.
