The fact that i was only verifying the price i was being charged with, this owner im sure he was came out from the back asking how much do i pay for what i was purchasing, i told him and he assumed i was complaining about the price when in fact i just wanted the break down of the payment. Talking to be aggressively loud saying oh i heard the whole conversation when you obviously didn't. You should've just stayed in your lane in the first place and not bud into a conversation where you had no right too. The young lady that was helping me was really helpful but the fact that he came at me for just a question of my purchase was super uncalled for especially raising your voice was extremely unnecessary. It is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need here, the staff and owner are amazing! It was our first time buying Kratom and they did not disappoint on the selections! The owner, I believe, gave us all of the information on this product and answered all of our questions/concerns. I also bought a disposable flavored tobacco bar, and he suggested the brand Duo Plus and I was able to try it prior to leaving to confirm it worked and wasn't, what I like to call, burnt. So many smoke shops have sold me fake puff bars & I've wasted tons of money. We were told if we had any problems to come back and he would fix the issue, whether it be a bad puff bar exchange or whatever it would be, AMAZING customer service! I tried calling before going there but they had a fax machine answering the phone so had no choice but to drive there. I went to buy an item that has an MSRP of $24.99 and can be found on the internet for about $18.00. I had to ask twice just to make sure I didn't mishear, they were asking $39.00 ! It's a brick and mortar so I was expecting to pay the full retail price, I would have even paid a few bucks over full price but almost twice the retail price is ridiculous. Do not waste your money by purchasing any vapes from them, it is bogus 100%. The Helix started smoking after the first hit, it wouldn't shut off and caught on fire! We had bought two, when I opened the second one it was all leaked inside, of course tried to take a hit and it did the same thing, it wouldn't shut off. The owner knew because he said to take a hit before I walk out the door but it wasn't for me, so I trusted it. Don't be the next one taken.
