Products are wack and the owner has a terrible attitude, 1/10 wouldn't recommend. I purchased a product and when I asked to exchange or return I was greeted with sarcasm, I expected better quality service but I guess it is what it is. I spent $35 and ended up with nothing due to the terrible value of the item I purchased, I left the item behind in the parking lot on the floor. Should've put it in the trash, my bad. read more

I went in there to buy 2 boxes of the synthetic urine to pass a upcoming drug test, and was scheduled for that drug test a couple days later but I opened the box and realized that the thermometer on the bottle was damaged and I was not able to use it because it has to maintain a curtain temperature which was the whole point of it being on the bottle(the thermometer also tells you if it is been overheated). So I went to trade it in thinking I could return the item for a new one. The owners wife said she was unable to return it because her husband does the returns(the owner) and wanted me to call when he was there and explain the situation. So a couple hours went by and I called and I explain what happened and he said that he won't return the item because this has never happened before and he doesn't like to loose money. Just because it has never happened before doesn't mean it will never happen. That's not a valid answer but the real reason behind it was he didn't want to loose money which was not my problem. He sold me a damaged item and then tried to sell me another box of synthetic urine for half the price. I told him why the heck would I buy another one from you when you sold me a damaged item to begin with. Doesn't make sense. Do not come to this establishment, they are cheap and crooked and never know if your being sold damaged items. Worst smoke shop ever. Don't go owner is very rude!!! Try's pushing you away when something goes wrong. He told us no refunds even when we brought it back because it didn't fit on our rig he told us he could exchange it but he didn't have anything else and told us oh well the sign says no refunds and we explained to him it didn't fit and he didn't care he said that we've done it to him before but we have never. He gave us our money back and said so we don't have a problem again don't come back to my store again. read more

DONT GO WHEN THE GIRL IS IN THE STORE! Acts like she doesn't know anything and she hikes up the prices. Bought the same rig for 30$ more when she sold it to me. This used to be my favorite spot but after multiple times of coming during the day only for the store to be closed I'm left very disappointed. Came here again on Saturday, September 18 2021 at 5:30 and they were closed. You guys either need to adhere to the hours you post or get a open/closed sign.
