Smoker's Choice is definitely best described as "A complete dive of a shop." Now mind you, this isn't based on its selection or the staff inside, it's the location and the state of the building. The toilets and sinks are caked in mineral deposits (it appeared to be clean, mind you, but definitely not scrubbed), and there is no "Smoker's Choice Sign", just the bare bones of what was once a lit sign over the door, with only its guts remaining. It was a pleasant enough stop, and they certainly had a great selection of snacks, drinks, and of course smokables, but other than that it didn't have a lot to recommend it. The owner really needs to take some time sprucing the place up, and for the sake of their employee's they really need to consider air conditioning. read more

Bought an electronic cigarette kit and the cartridges were empty. They refused to exchange the product. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that the lot # on the package was extremely old and should have been discarded. They're also selling tobacco and kratom products with manufacturer pricing directly on the packaging for double and triple the listed price! One brand even says to contact them if you paid more than the listed price. I've contacted Smokers Choice and they've confirmed this is not one of their stores, they're just using the same name. ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** This place is selling terrible counterfeit illadelph & RooR pieces.. They have a selection of about 10 of each brand. The craftsmanship on these counterfeits is so poor it will make you cringe. Anybody that knows anything about "high-end glass" knows that you'd never see a "blanket price" going across pieces of different heights/styles. This place has like 10 different RooR's, all completely different size, shape, etc. all for a "blanket price" of $180each. Same goes for illadelph. If you know anything about these companies, every different tube is a completely different price, there is no "one price fits all sizes".. That's the first give-away.. 2nd giveaway, is that the trademark decals on both of these brands was done very poorly.. another clear sign of a counterfeit.. The labels are crooked, have defects and aren't crisp at all around the edges.. They even had the audacity to be selling 2 or 3 smaller, frosted RooR's where you could clearly see the garbage decal stuck right on the tube.. Very poor counterfeits. RooR and illadelph are amongst some of the most counterfeited glass, but I'd expect more than that from a "franchise" like "Smoker's Choice"... I've tried reaching out to the corporate hotline about whether or not they can provide any proof of authenticity or any of these "trademark's" that come with every glass tube purchase from these companies.. Such as the illadelph-branded white box with perfectly cut-and-fitted foam inserts that ships with every tube.. I was responded with confusion, and was told I'd get a call back "within 10 days".. Any store that legitimately is selling illadelph or RooR know that these brands have a great following and people know what they're looking at when purchasing from a high-end glass company.. Very disappointing.. Buyer beware of COUNTERFEIT glass!! EDIT: I just went back into this place a few days ago, now they have *50% OFF* tags on all their illadelph & RooR glass.. what a joke! anybody that knows *anything* about PREMIUM GLASS, especially that like illadelph & RooR, knows that you would NEVER see some crazy 50% OFF on these pieces.. take a look on the internet, almost every place that sells glass by these companies is almost ALWAYS SOLD OUT, let alone would they EVER need to do a massive price cut like that.. come on guys, cut the crap and toss your fake glass, I'm glad for websites like Yelp where I can help to EXPOSE clowns like this that are trying to DUPE the public.. EVERY PIECE OF GLASS BY THESE COMPANIES comes w/a custom designed box + perfectly fitted foam insert, which is 100% part of the "experience".. these guys had NO BOXES, NO PROOF OF AUTHENTICITY, NOTHING! imagine buying a "Ferrari" and the guy who sells it to you says they threw out the custom "Ferrari"-signature ignition key and replaced it with a standard black everyday key.. This store has limited stock and the management staff is difficult at best. I purchased a Silver Aspire Cleito Tank for $30.00 which does not work. Sorry, no returns or exchanges. I'll try to get somewhere with the manufacturer. I agree with LP. Most but not all of the merchandise at this location is counterfeit and sold at top dollar. read more
