Because of this problem I went into the tobacco shack to see what they could do for me and I got put on the phone with someone maybe a manager I don't know anyways she told me she didn't even sell those products when I explained what it was even though it was right in front of me and I can see it with my own two eyes. She also asked me who sold it to me so I explained who it was and she told me that they don't have anybody that works for her that looks like that. Ended up telling me that they couldn't do anything for me once you buy a vape and leave it's yours. Which is okay but I feel like maybe they should be making sure that Vapes work before a customer leaves the store. I really don't appreciate being gaslighted and told they don't sell what I bought from them or they apparently don't employ the person that I bought it from. While I agree that once you leave the Vapes is yours but I believe the employee should have it tested before leaving. And I also don't believe you should be rude or gaslighting the customers...

They also have a good knowledge of the products that they carry. I always go a couple miles to drive over there while I'm at work to get cigarettes. Definitely worth the trip and I always save money. A time or two, I've even been short 10-20 cents, and the man that works there actually paid the change I didn't have for me. Very nice!

First off this listing says it's a cigar lounge, but it's just a store, there is no lounge…read more I stopped in to Smokaha and was initially impressed with the size of the humidor and tons of inventory. Then I noticed that the room didn't have doors on it and the humidifier is pretty small for a big room. The humidity on the wall was 51% and the cigars were hard as a rock. I didn't want to leave without purchasing something so I grabbed a small Fuente Don Carlos. I took it home knowing it was dry and put it in my humidor at 67% for a few weeks. I am smoking it this morning and it tastes like hot air. They let all those cigars dry out and they are now tasteless. I saw they added doors after a couple months, but I am guessing that was waaaay too late. I will maybe revisit in 6-9 months after the inventory has turned over and fresh cigars with taste show up.

Still had a big selection but a new employee didn't know anything about cigars and instead he refereed me to another regular customer there at the time & he was of some assistance.
