Been shopping here for years until today, place seems money hungry and don't care about there customers. Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude lady who is there working all the time. Will not be coming here ever again

My boyfriend and I stopped in to buy some vape juice. The cashier was pushing some juice that we've never bought before. When the flavor was picked out suddenly the system was supposedly down. She claimed she couldn't ring the product through, but she goes and rings up another customer for screens. We're waiting for another 3-5 minutes, when my boyfriend decides he no longer wants it. As soon as she was told we'd be back later suddenly she puts the order through. When she's told to void it she calls him an asshole when we was walking out. If your "system is down" clearly you can't help anyone in that time. But because of her they lost a customer. We will not be back. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away.
