So, I read a few reviews about the owner, negative mostly it seems. Frankly, my wife and I had the exact opposite experience there. We were searching for CBD options and she was beyond helpful, she interjected personal experience, knowledge and truly helped with the purchase of product. Again, to reiterate, the owner was very pleasant, and very nice and helpful. Truly a great experience. They also have a great cigar selection in the good sized "walk in" Humidor. All different price points and overall many brands to choose from. I do recommend this place, been there many times and frankly all experiences have been positive. read more

so apparently they're fine with selling products that they know don't work and they're talking about and you could've returned it the day of even though you bought a 10 minute before closing and they don't want to reimburse you or work with you any type of way I would not recommend going here. I bought a disposable for 40 dollars that was terrible they would not swap it out, horrible buisness and products, will never go back here again, save yourself time and money and go some place more established. if you are a smoke Shop and your more than 40 dollar disposable d8 thing is absolutely terrible then what are you doing. This is the worst customer service l have experienced. Ordered one well and one coil for my vape she (the owner) Ordered a case of both and wanted me to pay for all of it. When l refused she verbally assaulted me and when l tried to explain l only ordered one she even told me to shut up and said l was ungrateful. What a B she is. I will never go there again. Shady and a rip off. I bought an EVOD Vaporizer for $30 (had battery, tank, charger, and case) only to find out that it was a knock off. No wonder they don't accept returns under any circumstance. (Yeah, they made me read the huge sign that said they don't accept returns.) It started coming a part on me after a month. Crooks and stupid. I bought a vaporizer from the store and was told if it doesn't work just bring it back and they would exchange it for something else. I come back less than two weeks later because I couldn't come sooner with the holiday weekend and the owner of the store refuses to help because I can't find my receipt. As a store manager and with plenty of customer service experience, I know that you should always put your customers first. Yes I can't find the receipt but she should be able to look up the transaction with my debit or credit card that I used. The fact is that they sold me something that doesn't work and it should be replaced with at least the exact same thing . Spoke with the owner over the phone and she was extremely rude I will not come back here, and I just figured I should warn others before you buy something test it out in the store so you can definitely make sure it works. read more

Love this store. The owner is so nice. Can't believe all these idiot entitled customers leaving horrible reviews on here just because they can't get their way. It's a tobacco shop, not Neiman Marcus! I moved to this area about a year now and every time I walk in this store, the employees, especially the owner is super nice. It also seems that she knows most of her customers by name.
