The inside is actually laid out well and comfortable, especially the backroom. However, the menu is non-existent. Hookah variety is limited (stock more options, the stuff lasts years) and quality is poor. While fresh heads are on the menu, they're not available to order. As a matter of fact, almost everything on the menu isn't available to order. It's essentially basic/bad hookah and canned pop. I get it, the area doesn't have as much clientele, but I've been living here for a decade and barely noticed it. Need some advertising/marketing to get people in. Oh, and open when you say you open. Showed up at 7pm on a Sunday and it's completely closed.

The food: I ordered the "house special," which tasted like someone described what flavor should be, then forgot halfway through and gave up. The chicken was simultaneously burnt, cold, and somehow wet. Physics took one look and walked out. The service: Our server vanished like a Victorian spirit the moment we sat down. I'm convinced he joined witness protection. I saw him once more, briefly, like a cryptid sighting, only to have him drop my drink so hard it carbonated itself on impact. The bathroom: Look... I've been to music festivals. I've survived porta-potties at county fairs. I've seen stuff. But whatever was going on in that restroom? That was a crime scene. The toilet paper roll was sitting on the counter like it had escaped and was considering a new life in Peru. The ambiance: Lights flickering like we were dining inside a horror movie. Music alternating between elevator jazz and what I can only assume was a recording of someone microwaving aluminum foil. Final thoughts: By the time the check arrived, I honestly felt like I needed therapy, a tetanus shot, and maybe a priest. The highlight of my meal was leaving. Would not recommend. Would not return. Would not even drive by again in case the building recognizes me.

Due to the weather and group size, we were setup on their back patio. And let me tell you - the layout, size and amenities of that outdoor space make this place a 10 out of 10. They have heat lamps out there so I want to return when it's colder to see if it's tolerable. The ability to smoke outdoors is huge because you won't smell like smoke all day. Also FYI - they sell coffee/tea/soda and it's BYOB. Another plus is their humidor. Havana has sticks that I haven't seen at other shops in that Chicagoland area. Not saying it's the biggest; I'm saying the offerings are top notch and they carry all the major brands Please note: the indoor lounge is better suited for smaller groups (or a solo smoke.)
