They sold me the display model and when I got back to Boston I learned that it didn't charge and was broken. I never used it and it was still in the original packaging. I went to return it the following weekend when I was back in State College and was told they wouldn't take it back. They sold me a broken product and took ZERO steps to rectify their mistake.
