Just recently my boyfriend went into the store and stepped outside to open the package and hit it before leaving and it did not work when he went inside to nicely tell the older man that works there if he can either get a refund or a replacement and he was turned away by the man cursing "fuck you" "your always have a problem just don't come back" and "I don't need your money". The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed to date. It's unfortunate that store owners like this don't appreciate customers that spend hard earned money with them just to get treated like this.

And I loved my drink. It came out perfectly, and I wish I have this place near my house. Unfortunately, the drawback is that I don't smoke so the cigar smell was pretty strong for me. However, since I took it to go, I was on there for a few minutes and that's all. Of course, I walked in knowing that and that's fine. It's a interesting shop. I've never seen a cigar and coffee place before it definitely looks like a place that people will just sit here and chill/talk but it's more geared towards smokers and older audience.
