In the last five months…read morethis station has not delivered several of my overnight shipments with a statement of mechanical breakdown only to find out they didn't have a driver for the route. No notification until late afternoon expecting me to drive all the way to Rapid City to pick it up I live approximately 25 miles from Rapid City. There was no notification that my packages would not be delivered this time on a Friday before Labor Day. I am told that it would be delivered on Tuesday, September 5 which would make that vial of insulin unusable. They refused to put it in an Uber or a cab or have someone drive it to me having explained that this medication needed to reach me today as per the contract with the provider. The station manager is of no help. It's not my problem if they can't hire anyone. I was told it was a mechanical come to find out, they actually didn't have a driver for the route. I receive FedEx at my place of work in my town. The driver came today and I asked him about my package and he said it never was on the truck and he obviously did not have a mechanical breakdown. Maybe the problem is the management at the station and perhaps they should be replaced and perhaps maybe they could keep some drivers employed

I explained that I had never gone through the custom framing process and asked if she could guide me. This employee was rude and smug the entire time. When I asked questions her replies were snidely snapped back at me. There were two women working this day (New Year's Eve early afternoon). One was a woman named Cindy who was very kind and jumped into the conversation after the other had spent about 10 minutes being an unkind human. I don't recall the rude one's name but she was fairly young. Bottom line is I spent my $300 at Micheals for the custom framing. Prices were very comparable but service was not. I recommend Dakota at the Rapid City Michael's over Hobby Lobby any day.

Actually, I asked for no texting on my phone to prevent this very unnecissary text. I waited around about 10 minutes and finally left. Note: There were two managers (?) just standing there and three employees helping three other customers. I guess it was beneath them to assist a customer.
