His order was declined within 5 mins and when we called, the women annoying said we can't order from the parking and when we asked why she said it was the law. We told her our original order was also placed in the parking lot and she said "No , it wasn't". How can she decide what happened when only I know where I was. I'll believe her about the law. She didn't say sorry for the inconvenience. We would have not made such a decision to order from the lot had she taken 10 seconds to explain our options. This is a business that thinks they are doing us a favor rather than someone who needs their customer's business. We asked if we can go to the next door parking lot and reorder and she said yes. We reordered 2 mins later and their system now says they are no longer accepting curbside pickup at 6:30 pm in the evening. After calling again, she said she's no longer accepting our order because we ordered from the parking lot when she just told us we can move to the next door lot. Petty, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skill. High on a power trip. Sadly, one extremely poor experience ruins all prior good experiences. EDIT: A white girl inside helped my husband and let us know that the manager would not be in until later and asked if there was anything further she could do to help. A person who understands the owner's bottom line is to make money which we're trying to give them while not even pushing back on a difficult employee's rules and trying to comply to no avail.
