The service at JASS Smoke Shop seemed great, until I actually purchased one of their products. I spent $80.00 on a vaping device on Friday May 15th, 2020. I was having problems with the device tasting like burnt plastic when it was in use. I went back to the store on Sunday May 17th, 2020 at 8:30am and explained to them the device was not working and that I wasted an entire bottle of juice (which I also bought from them on Friday) filling the Sourin pods trying to get the device to work properly. The store manager (an older gentleman with a mustache) said, I'm sorry we can't take it back. I explained that I paid for it and that it does not work properly. further, I explained that it feels as if the plastic is burning and I am inhaling chemicals (which is a health hazard). He couldn't care less and said, "when my son comes in later he will look at it and see if he can fix it". I explained there is no "fixing it". The device is broken and there is something wrong with the internals of the device and I will not continue to inhale burning plastic/chemicals. The store manager would not return my money for the device OR even exchange it for another working device (which is all that I asked for). I have been a patron of this store for the past 6 months and have spent hundreds of dollars here, and the least that they could do is honor an exchange for a product that they sold me (2) days ago that does not work properly. It's truly a shame people conduct business this way. I will be reporting and filing complaints against Jass Smoke Shop to the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general, and other regulatory agencies. read more

While out driving with a friend last night the urge came over for nicotine. He happened to notice this shop as we were looking for a parking space. Being that the cost of cigarettes are continuing to sky rocket, if you must smoke why not get a deal. In search of those details we ventured in. The store is very clean and smells so nice. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with the usually pleasantries before even closing the door behind us. So much glass everywhere for all those substances that one needs. They come in all shapes and sizes. The prices for these designer smoking machines varies but we did not come in for that. My male friend already has these glass objects. He did find the papers and cigs that he needed for about $2.00 less than the gas stations. I was drawn to the cigar section and believe me it was pretty impressive. Usually the smoke shops here in Vegas do not carry cigars they seem to resemble the old head shops like those of Arizona or Cali. I did get a cigar and we shared it all the way back to my house in the car. read more
