The folks here were very friendly and helpful. No pressure. Good at presenting options and data. I had to wait in the office as we completed the paperwork and transactions. The office is not geared for the customer to sit down, relax and comfortably complete the transaction. I ended up buying a refrigerator. I feel like I got a good deal. As soon as I walked in I knew it was the place for me. It is smaller than many of the other stores but the quality of the products is amazing. Nicole greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She offered to help or let me browse. I knew I was looking for a complete living room set. Nicole spent over two hours working with me and pulling together a special order that was perfect for our home. We played with lots of different fabric samples until we got just the right combination. I am thrilled. Sadly custom orders are taking up to six months right now. Hopefully that will get better soon. Definitely come on if you are looking for high end furniture. The prices were fair and Nicole has a great eye for pulling things together. Overall the store has a more traditional feel but you can make the pieces whatever you want them to be with the wide fabric selection they have. They would not replace or refund , even though he just needed one part from the kit that was defective. They could have easily grabbed a new one and handed it to him or refunded his money. But they chose to tell hime he had to drive 12 miles home and disconnect the other parts of 4he kit and return them along with the defective valve, to receive a replacement valve.
