I've been in this store many times. I don't go out of my way to get there but when I'm south and in need, I stop. Today that was the case. However, at about 330pm today the dood in charge...made a family of customers for life. The super "small" thing that he did (which I'm not going to spell out) was one of the best customer service moves I've experienced. From here on out I will drive across town, as will the rest of my family. Love this place. They have pretty much anything you need to smoke whatever it is you might be smoking. Prices aren't too high and definitely cheaper than the other local vape stores. Fun atmosphere and great staff for the most part. They also carry perfume, designer Nike, room deodorizer, candles, mens ED products etc. read more

The prices for cigars are way on the high side, coming from Virginia, a Camacho will generally run about 10 - 12 bucks, at this place they are about 15.99 and up. However, because the VA legislature is filled with pickpockets, it all runs about the same. I'd rather see the additional costs help a local business owner than be misspent by our idiots in Richmond. Wonderful selection and beautiful store but poor management and employees. I myself have been both a customer and an employee. reports from past employees have been made to the IRS due to falsifying tax documents. Also to add they have sold in front of myself and past employees to underage children (nicotine and delta products) also may I add few employees selling outside of the regulated delta products sold marijuana THC (which is illegal in the State of ND) Spread the word of these illegal and wrong practices and rudeness to its employees. Businesses need to stop doing things illegal and should treat everyone with respect. read more

I was super excited about the walk in humidor and amazing cigar selection at this place. Since being here I would no longer be able to go to my normal cigar lounge which is outta state. Sadly I went on two occasions and talked to two different employees about mold in the humidor. Both trying to tell me it was normal and not mold. Telling me they have all kinds of experience in cigars and such. Humidity was off in there as well. I then have posted in many forms and talked to other truly experienced people that work in the cigar world all saying it was for sure mold. I guess it's only online shopping for me. Bummer since this place has so much potential for cigars since it's the only place in minot with a walk in humidor. Be aware that they will try to sell it to you, saying that's what makes a good cigar and not pull the boxes from the shelves. Hopefully the spores don't spread to the other great sticks. read more
