Despite getting recommendations for other places that cost much less, I took my damaged iPhone 4 here for a new case. I had to pay upfront, was not told when the parts came in, waited months to have it done, and was sorely inconvenienced in the process. I was told several times to drop my phone off overnight as if I couldn't possibly need it. Most businesses have such items in stock at all times. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the part to come in if they had been able to accommodate me by letting me drop it off for an hour or so in an afternoon. Nope, you must drop it off at 8:30 am. The second time I needed a new case I had it fixed at the Dakota Square Mall for about half what I paid to wait and be inconvenienced. I shopped for 20 minutes while they popped on the new case. I attempted to explain how much I wished Bitz had tried to work with me to no avail as I walked out with my first new case. Lesson learned, at least by me.
