They are excellent and patient folks and share their knowledge with you when applicable. I love that they have a rewards program, which is a nice feature to see in this day and age, as most companies do not offer this. but Smokey Shay's rewards their customers. Horrible customer service. After hours employees are extremely rude. Over $100 in product lost at my last purchase . They have cameras in the store and can see what they sell . The first time I visited I was riding the bus and the bus driver stopped there, so I followed her inside and bought something. Stopped in this fall again and went in this time - every employee was very helpful, answering all my dumbass, noob questions, and the selection is pretty great. My daughter bought me a brand new lighter for Christmas...girl wouldn't let her test it...it didn't work. Returned it was told they would send it back to Vector to have it fixed, would take a month or so. They called her to tell her it was back after 2 weeks.........THEY GAVE HER A USED LIGHTER!!! Zack is definitely not a good image for your store. This guy has no customer service skills. We understand to abide by rules as we did but the lack of communication is pitiful. Zack claims everyone who enters the store must have their ID checked. Only to customers that he does not recognize as daily customers, apparently if your a regular the rules do not apply in the same form. I was in shock that he kept trying to plead his case when I was simply letting him know he should never treat anyone like that. Also pointing out that he was not complying with the rules he was regulating. Best part is my discount card is constantly full and what to do because this is my favorite store in the area. They don't do exchanges on clothing. I had a hooded pullover that someone bought for me and just wanted to exchange it for a different color. When I asked if they do exchanges I was told it depends on what it is. He thought about it for a couple of seconds and said they didn't exchange clothing. I was able to find a simple beaker bottom water pipe at a decent size for under $100. I can deal with that, they have pack deals for pieces with accessories. Worst Head Shop in Greensboro stay far away! Terrible customer service. Only reason it gets a one is because I can't leave a zero! I visited the store for the first time ever today. I will admit I am a little dumb when it comes to the vaping thing but I'm trying to get into it, so i decided to go speak to the professionals. Well if that's what your expecting your gonna be sadly disappointed. So I walk in the door an am greeted by what appears to be a 18-20 year female. I proceed to tell her that I am a new customer and that this is the first time I had ever been in. I explained to her that I'm not very familiar with vaping but I do know the name of what I need because I got friends into it. So I explained that I just needed an atomizer, I produced my vape rig to show her what I had so she'd know what would be compatible with and fit to my battery. So she then responds that it is her fist day and shel do her best. Now already I'm a little iffy at this point because she already looked confused. So first she grabs the wrong thing she appolizes for the wait. She then locates the item I need. Remember, I'm new to this so I don't know the rules and regulations and I told her that. She then tells me she has to make sure it works first. She then begins to try different batteries none of which work and the first atomizer was broke so she grabbed another. Now, on her eighth battery she tried she says ok it works. At this point I really wasn't to confident in what I bought because she had no idea. She asked for receipt I say yes just in case it doesn't work... So, I arrive home hook it up and it does not work. So I went online and found out it's not compatible with my rig, so I call the store explain what was up. Guy was immediately an ass did not apologize for anything pretty much told me tough shit. then informs me they do not do any returns or exchanges like I was suppose to know that even though I explained I'm new to this that's why I came there for help. I respond, well that's bull crap, you have a first day employee that donsnt know what there doing and sold me something that is not compatible. If ide of known I couldn't exchange it I would have gone on the internet my damn self and figured out if it would work.
