WIll put out discounted disposable vapes and will tell you that they're only discounted because they don't carry the brand anymore and they're trying to get rid of them. Even AFTER asking how long they've been sitting in the back room. Which is all a lie. They will selll two year old defective vapes with spoiled nicotine juice in them to you and then tell you oops no return policy. I used to go there every week for my vapes but this experience rubbed me the wrong way. Like you see my face EVERY WEEK but yet you still try to scam me. read more

Do Not buy anything at this store. Very rude customer service and absolutely no willingness to provide you with answers or help with a faulty product. Wife bought a vape to quit smoking and while there it already wasn't working mainly because the only employee and so called "Manager" had to watch a YouTube video on how to get it to work and installed the filter wrong causing it to leak already. So apparently she claims she finally got it right and it should work fine, no problems she says even though she probably screwed it up by not even knowing the products she's selling. Well either way over the next few days not even a week it would not work as it was advertised and finally just blew up in my wife's pocket yesterday leaking all over. Went to the store today to ask for a replacement and was greeted with a very unfriendly and non-customer service oriented "Manager" same one who screwed up in the first place who stated they clearly have a no refund/return policy she's not willing to do anything and we're basically shit out of luck. I asked the individual where the owner was and she stated they were out of the Country, no surprise at all there. Needless to say we're out money for a faulty product that was probably messed up by the Manager who had to watch a YouTube video. So basically know where your buying from, stick with local owners and American shops that have policy's and customer service oriented individuals that care about their customers. Stay away from this store at all costs, they only care about Money and not you as a customer. read more
