Buyer beware. New to vaping I decided to try this place. I purchased a starter vape and some juice…read more The staff filled the tank up for me and showed me how to use it. Within two days it began leaking juice in my home and car. I returned to the store a few days later and explained the problem. The staff disassembled it, cleaned it and said I should be ok now. The next day and leaked again, this time in my car that was just detailed. Upon returning to the store the next employee also took it all apart and checked the gaskets and replaced the atomizer. Again, it continued to leak. The vape is kept inside my home at 70 degrees and does not get exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Over month later of losing hope for an alternative to cigarette smoking I brought it to another shop. They changed the coil and said this may stop the leaking. It didn't help. Today I returned to the store with my receipt and the original box and was told I was out of my one month warranty. I was offered a few dollars off a juice product but that was it. It seems they stalled and stalled some more till after the warranty was over. The fact that I was there multiple times during that first month apparently didn't matter to them. Like most sales people, they'll tell you what you want to hear to collect your hard earned money. Update: a few days ago (08/24/2019) I noticed the owner/manager reached out me regarding this review which I initially scored 1 Star. She started off the conversation by telling me the employees should have contacted her the last time I was there. After chatting for a few minutes she offered me a refund.

It's to the left of a salon. There's big green signs out front. Moving on, the gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and the place looks great. They had the Juicy Bars which was exactly what I was looking for. Plus, they have a special right now. You can get two Juicy Bars for $45. There's a place right down the street from my house that charges ridiculous prices and say that they're giving you a deal. They've raised their prices twice. I'm not going to mention who they are, but you guys have to check this place out. It's legit. Their prices are exactly what you're looking for. I say call them and ask them what they charge for whatever you're looking for. The guy that runs the place is super nice. I FINALLY found my vape shop!!!
