I had 2 yards of soil that needed to be spread, some shrubs that were to be removed and shrubs that needed trimming. I told him that my schedule was very flexible and I would make myself available if they could do the job. He said he could help if I was willing to wait a bit. He would send out the crew when they were in between jobs in the area. Two weeks later he contacted me to confirm they would be coming the next day. The two young, energetic and enthusiastic fellows top dressed my flower beds in no time flat. Cory was lead hand and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. He checked in with me before starting the job to make sure we were on the same page and he made sure all trimming and removals were exactly as I wanted. Don went out of his way to understand my needs, answer all questions, and actively tried to save me money whenever possible. I ran into trouble with some other contractors and Hydro for this job, and Don helped me take control, had some great ideas, and communicated directly with the other contractors to help organize the implementation of all other services. No extra charge, just a smile and "glad to help". I ended up needing to expand my job past the concrete slab, and Moore and Sons, again, helped me out of a tight spot by providing a quick, and fair quote, for my unexpected needs. Than it all changes once you have purchased said equipment. The first year we borrowed equipment and we were payed 100 dollars per hour. We were promised 150 if we were to buy there equipment. Then the guy we made a deal with was fired and everything changed. It went from 150 an hour for plows and quads then 130 for plows 120 for quads..... than after they fired the guy we were dealing with it dropped all they way back down 100!!!!!! Why the heck would we have invested 12000 dollars if we were getting paid the same amount as someone borrowing there equipment!!!!!! Again do not invest into this company they are shady and will find a way to screw you over. Just borrow there equipment if you plan on working for them. Any deal you make with them get it signed by Brad other wise it means nothing and they will pretend to know nothing about it.
