Even their pasta, which I dont usually care for from a pizza shop, is actually quite tasty. They also specialize in bbq ribs, as well and to be honest, they do a pretty good job of that, too. The pizzas are moderately priced and the range is quite large. They have 3 pricings, traditional, house favorites and gourmet. In most cases , the gourmet option will cost you upto $10 more but not at blue tongue. The gourmet option is only $2-3 more and well worth it. I've only ever had one bad experience from this establishment wherein the pizza base somehow tasted stale but, after ordering pizza from here nearly oncea week every week for the past 2 years then thats not a bad hit rate. The staff are always friendly and they dont seem to mind if you'rein a talkative mood. They do catering packs as well but they dont do any of the traditional family pack deals which is a little dissapointing as i have a 2 year old that has his own idea on what tasty is.

Their meat products are spectacular, and their pasta is really nice. I don't usually eat pasta at restaurants, however in this case it's cooked really nicely and the sauce has flavour. The owners are Italian, so they know what they're doing, and I don't need to explain anymore.
