The staff has always been so nice and have a great variety of vapes! I was recommended the elf bar pi9000 in strawberry ice and I can't believe how long it's lasted without getting burnt! It's still going! And tastes delicious! Would have gone 5 stars but the person I went to pay with was not the same as who recommended my vape, took my cash and didn't give me my change until I had to ask him and still gave the incorrect change and item was never actually rung in on register. read more

Purchased a torch, was about $28. Worked for about a week and a half. Called to let them know it broke. They will not take it back OR exchange. I Went in there, tried a vape in front of them, had no flavor. A vape I get every time. I go in there haven't gotten this flavor in about a month really excited to finally try it again and it has no flavor. I let them know and asked for another one, and they said I had to pay for another vape even though it was their product that was messed up. I stayed in the store the whole time, read the sign that says to stay in store and make sure it works. I go to this store a lot and have spent a lot of money and they treated me very rudely. After asking to talk to there boss they claimed they were the boss I then asked to speak to the person higher up then them and then they gave me a new vape. This place cares so little about customers I had to create their yelp profile in order to write this review/warning. To start, I purchased a glass water pipe that was faulty by design. The downstem didn't go far enough down into the chamber, making the bubbling effect nonexistent. I returned the piece and demonstrated that not just that pipe but all the pipes from that particular artist was faulty. I returned two days later not only to find all of the pipes still on display, but my used piece had found its way back under the glass for the next sucker of a customer. Fast forward a few weeks, desperate I return to the store. I need a replacement bowl and figure I'm savvy enough not to get bamboozled. Shame on me. Two days into using the new accessory the inside glass wall disintegrates. Never in my life have I had glass so cheaply constructed that it couldn't tolerate a flame. Lastly it has come to my knowledge that the owner of this establishment discriminates against male employees, only hiring females of a certain demographic. Do yourself a favor, even during desperate times, drive into Pensacola and utilize one of our pipe shops that treat their customers like actual customers. read more

I've been coming to the Smokin Lion for years. Every time I come I've always been greeted by smiles and welcomes. They've also adapted very well with the pandemic going on. By providing free masks to customers who don't have one. And they've even displayed a sign clearly stating you need a mask to enter. You would have to be an idiot and ignorant or be completely selfish to miss the sign. I love the Smokin Lion it's a local legend. read more

Total waste of money and time. I bought a pen there for $20 and was completely useless. The guy who helped me was nice but i went back the day after because i have work like any normal person and they said i cant exchange anything that leaves the store. Im sorry i thought the products you sold actually worked! If i would have doubted you i would have just opened it in the store and started smoking the cartage i have to make sure it works. Went in yesterday because I forgot my charger attachment for my vape pen. I purchased a pen with charger attachment from them. I charged the one I bought from them and then tried to use it. No go. Lights come on but it will not get hot enough to vape. I used the charger attachment to charge my pen that was dead, and no issue it worked just fine like always. I went back in today to exchange the pen that did not work. I was immediately asked if the rep from yesterday informed me that the pen may not work because they are not very good, I said no and then asked "why would I have bought it if I was told that?" I then was told they would get in trouble if they took my pen back and they could not do anything for me. So on top of charging me twice as much as any other place for the pen, they then would not back up their product with any type of customer service. Stay away and find somewhere else to go. read more

This is a pretty cool lil smoke shop. They have a decent selection of pipes for the small size of the shop. The also offer a lot of other herbs and smoke shop things. The only thing I didn't like is they were on the high end of the price range. Even other local head shops are a bit cheaper on their pipes and other accessories. I didn't see anything in here that was special or one-of-a-kind that would make me want to spend more money here rather than go somewhere else. The employees are nice & educated on the things they sell, which was nice to see. Definitely check it out if you've never been here before but check out the other head shops around too. I recently visited the store in search of raw cones and upon walking in I was greeted with a friendly welcome and smile.... not sure what the girls name was that was working that night but she was great ! She had an answer for every question! I ended up buying a 32 pack and it lasted me a while like she had promised! I also returned later that week to purchase a water pipe and the young man , I do believe he was the manager , helped me pick the PERFECT one , he made it very easy to talk to him as well ! Every experience I have at the smoking lion has been great, such a chill atmosphere and you never feel dumb for asking questions ! Seriously , they were so great !
