This salon has the potential to be the 'go to' salon for a variety of beauty treatments, however it is not. The staff don't get it, they simply don't care, it's just a job and they treat their customers with contempt. There are plenty of better beauty salons in Geelong. read more

Worst waxing i have ever experienced! The therapist didn't know how to apply wax correctly let alone rip it off. Traumatic experience for both the therapist in question and myself. After many, many years of good service in between overseas travel, the last year has been frustrating. Hit and miss to find a girl there who actually knows how to wax. I would not recommend - too much hassle trying to book into a person who can do the job right these days. Disappointing. read more

I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for my birthday and spoiled myself to a massage, Brazilian wax and spray tan - I was not disappointed. I found the two therapists that treated me (both the masseur and the tan/wax therapist) very attentive and friendly. I had not visited the salon before (as I live about 25 mins away) but I can say it was one of the best waxes I've had - and I have had a lot of them! My massage was spot on also. I will be back! read more

We asked why and they said because we were late and time starts ticking from our booking time. We have never heard of that kind of rediculous excuses in our life.
