They arrived in great time, quickly had everything packed and moved/stored, and when all was returned I saw what an excellent job they had done during the packing process. Any questions I had regarding our stuff once in storage were handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Eight boxes of our things never arrived. Things were packed, by their crew, with no padding, leading to breakages in the boxes. Some furniture items were loaded into their truck wrapped in paper instead of blankets, leading to scuffs and cracks. An oak bookcase was smashed!!! An extension ladder was bent and broken, how on earth is that possible without malicious action? We claimed thousands of dollars in damages, and won almost every penny, our photographic evidence was extensive and really sad.
