The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great. After having no success getting 3 prior contactors to do the job (they all were unreliable and never followed through in actually starting the job or giving a quote), I found David. He was very responsive to setting up a date/time for a quote, showed up on time to inspect, then promptly gave the quote, and was again on time and efficient in doing the job. Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. I know I'll be back and will recommend him to family and friends.

Their pricing was better than a lot of the other quotes I got, and the whole process was smooth. The owners are a great husband and wife team, and all of their workers were friendly and respectful. Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight.
