When the lady seen I had my Greyhound with me, she asked if I would like a "pup cup". I never heard of it and said sure. I went with the yogurt one. Isabelle LOVED it! Ordered 10 açaí bowls at 1:45 on the app. Show up at 2pm and there is one employee. By 2:45 the other employee finally shows. The 2 of them barely know what they are doing. I don't leave with my 10 bowls til 3:30 pm. Unbelievable! I don't even blame the employees. Obviously the owner of this franchise location has not hired enough help and does not take training his employees seriously. Will be buying bowls elsewhere. read more

Ok! I have to be honest ! At this location I've had a number of issues with orders and just employees having the correct knowledge & training on stuff. I'm a super fan of smoothie king but this location has been the one that needs a little help. It might finally be changing and I want to express the 5 STAR SERVICE I've had ever time I've been served by Alyssa. For one, she's a sweetheart but she's also always known how to navigate the smoothie king Ap & always got my order right! There also was a young guy there once who did a great job but I didn't catch his name! I wanted to give credit where credit is due and if I feel like this store improves with each visit I'll change my review to a 5 star but truthfully they still need some work with consistency in employee training. I love their vegan smoothies, so good! The staff was nice and the smoothies were done pretty fast! Me and my boyfriend went in on Friday so we got a medium size for $5 which I thought was pretty cool. My boyfriend is a huge fan of Smoothie King but me, I'll always be a Tropical Smoothie lover! You should most definitely try the vegan smoothies even if you're not a vegan! It never hurts to try! I got the one with peanut butter and it was amazing! I come to this location every week. The staff is great every time, even when they're busy. I will say however, some of the staff members get frustrated and take it out on their coworkers in front of customers. It's not professional and I felt really bad for the poor girl getting constantly embarrassed by her coworker. She was clearly new and still learning the ropes! I can understand the frustration but it needs to be handled privately instead of every single customer. Other than that I always have a great experience and will continue to come here. read more
