Very interesting place. I'd driven by this building for years, and often wondered what it was. The building seemed out of place. I stopped in and it is sorta weird, the first floor is a market with every type of vitamins and supplements, a cool coffee shop, a section with really wonderful incredible soft tee shirts They sometime have wine tastings, some really cool Mexican art decorative pieces. I'm still a little confused about all they do. I was told the upper floors are the headquarters of a company of the same name that is very large on-line international marketplace. Have a stop, folks are nice. I bought some essential oils and vitamins. And some really cool Mexican art. read more

Horrible delivery for pet probiotics. Ordered item with guaranteed 3-4 business days delivery. Called 5 business days later and they informed me that it's just now getting shipped out (expected arrival 10 business days). Meanwhile no communication via email or phone to inform me of the delay (instead I received daily spam emails about other products/services). Customer service said we can offer you a "coupon of $10 on your next order", couldn't cancel my delayed order or refund me. If it's a delay on your end it makes sense to inform the customer if the product is going to take 2-3 times longer to arrive and let them decide if they still want it. The customer shouldn't have to followup on a business promise made. Horrible business practice and VERY POOR customer service. Next time I'll stick with Amazon. read more

Their SITO organic cotton towels are the worst towels I've ever had. I've never had any other towel have so many pulled out threads and loops no matter how old they were. They did not want to give any refund or replacement past 90 days. I'm thankful for the health knowledge that Dr. Mercola has given me, but this makes me question the quality of their other products. I also bought the organic cotton womens underwear which were very thin & didn't last long either, easily getting holes along the seams. Interesting how their website no longer allows product reviews like it used to. Buyer beware. read more

If I could give no stars I would..? Who is managing/ supervising that cafe? I used to come here all the time and staff was always so friendly! Now it's an absolute nightmare. No management, no help, felt ignored, then to top it off I got a coffee and food both were absolutely disgusting.. I've never seen a place have such a downfall. I would typically rate this market a 4-5 BUT the customer service and shipping have been terrible recently. My orders have always shipped out within 2-3 business days. The recent order was placed 2 weeks ago and still HAS NOT SHIPPED! I emailed customer service 3 times, no response. I finally called and was told it was packed and ready to ship. The site still has it PENDING!! Nothing has shipped. Not sure what is happening but certainly hope Dr. Mercola is aware that whoever is providing customer service and shipping is giving him a bad name. read more

I only had a cappuccino, but it was extremely good. And the service was fantastic. I think it's unfortunate that there's a lot of people who leave reviews who almost certainly were never even in the store and they leave a negative review because they have a preconceived notion about the owner Because they read his Wikipedia page. And of course, in all likelihood, the people leaving the bad reviews are mentally ill with Trump derangement syndrome so anybody that they perceive to be unaligned with the Democratic party must be a bad person. Okay, don't get me wrong the ambiance and decor of this place is beautiful but the taste of the coffee not so much. I find the coffee to be overpriced and just not good. The lattes are chalky and watery. Perhaps other menu items have potential but I do not plan on returning. read more

This place makes no sense. It's hard to enter the parking lot with minimal signage. When you walk into this building (looks like a Drs Office building) it's very trendy and pretty. There were 3-4 employees just hanging by the register with no music playing and the place was silent and completely empty. I literally said out loud, "I don't get it" We walked over to their coffee bar area which is super cute!! But there was no attendance at the coffee bar .. (must have been by the register which felt 100+ feet away) so we gave up and walked out. The guy who the building is named after looks cool -- and I believe in his products but the whole experience is AWKWARD lol. Try for yourself. read more

I notice this new market in my neighborhood and thought it would be refreshing. Boy was I wrong! I've never felt so unwelcome in an establishment in my life. On 9/10/21 I walked in and loved the set up, I watched the first associate look at me and turn away, the associate at the cash register was equally as cold. As I casually and slowly looked around at everything, I walked BETWEEN two different associate associates and NOT ONE, parted their lips to say, "hello, can we help you?, "did you see anything that we can talk to you about?" I felt like I was walking in quick sand. I was happy to go to the nearby grocery store and health food store to get the things I needed. How cab they improve? Go to Chick-fil-A and learn how to make people feel welcome and want to spend their money. NO NO NO! read more

The Mercola Market cafe is a pleasant experience. The cafe was very clean and nicely set up. The food was tasty. The menu was very limited and several items on the menu were not available. It was mainly soups, sandwiches, and salads. We had anticipated a wider variety of healthy fare prepared in an active restaurant kitchen. Don't go to this place . I was so excited to go this place and it looks beautiful but the experience specially with the owner or the manager horrible . Went to take pictures of the products and the prices like any other person an as soon as I got in my car the manager or owner stoped me as I'm exiting the parking space and said I was private property and that can't take pictures. First of all it is a public market then to make things worst he wasn't alone, he was accompanied by a customer AKA KAREN 2.0 requested my phone and demanded me to delete the pictures taken because a customer claimed I was took a picture where she was... Oh Karen . I had no interest in making it bigger than it was so I allowed them to see the pictures an deleted the ONE picture she came out in the background far away. I would not recommend this place you have more choices at whole food and less expensive and less uptight customers . Give a 0 star for product , prices , and specially atmosphere. read more
