This is the first time I've actually visited this particular Smoothie King. It wasn't overly crowded, and I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were helpful, efficient, and gracious. The place was very clean, and they were preparing fruits as I walked in, so, I could tell the ingredients would be fresh. I had an issue with my rewards/app, and the workers were very nice about it, and they helped troubleshoot it for me. Some tips: They occasionally have deals and coupons through the app, so make to download the app and join their rewards. You can earn points and get free drinks etc. Also, you can get a free 20oz smoothie on your birthday, not to mention discounts for joining the app. Cheers!! read more

Angela and Lisa (at the register) were so patient and sweet while I tried to decide what to order that would be energizing, tasty and healthy! Ultimately, another customer resourcefully recommended the Island Impact + energy booster + collagen enhancements. I added the coconut water and OMGGGG *Chef's Kiss*! By using the app, I received a 50% smoothie reward which was the icing on top of the (smoothie). I underestimated how large 32 oz is, so this should keep me full for a while today. First, I'd like to thank Smoothie King for this complimentary 12oz coffee high protein almond mocha smoothie. I received this through the Smoothie King app, by the way. Not only is it always service with a smile at this location but the staff are always friendly and try to make conversation with you. (I apologize to those who I seem socially awkward with, I suck at small talk.) I've tried many smoothies from here, this one is actually my favorite so far-especially because you can't go wrong with coffee + protein. I think it's ridiculous that they price gouge for every little thing these days. I ordered a go-go goji crunch and added Mango. Asked to add a little extra honey drizzle they wanted to charge $1.30 for that...RIDICULOUS! I was already paying extra $2 almost $3 for mango which I was ok with and now $1.30 for honey drizzle?! My husband and I visit this location at least once a week sometimes more. Well upon my recent visit there was a roach crawling on the wall. The worker took a napkin, killed the roach and went back to making everyone's smoothies without washing their hands. Yuck! The staff is always friendly but they have a high turnover rate. Warning! Do not come to this location! I got a smoothie from this location a few days ago and got very sick with upset stomach. I thought it could have been anything, but my girlfriend got a smoothie from here the next day and she too then got very sick with stomach issues. Still thinking this could be coincidence.. another friend of mine told me he got a smoothie from here today, now he is sick and having stomach pain! I've never had issues at other locations. I'm not sure what they're putting in the smoothies here but there is a very clear correlation. Save your self and your stomach, stay away from this spot. read more

It was a hot Saturday and I was craving something cold - so Smoothie King was the obvious choice since we were right by here. Nobody was inside when I got here on a Saturday mid afternoon so service was quick and I got my smoothies super quickly. I got the Pineapple Surf and the bf wanted the Peanut Power Plus.. I have to say.. they were quick, they were made to order and they were pretty good. I liked the flavors of the Peanut Power Plus better but that's cause it hid the protein powder well. I didn't realize that the Pineapple Surf had protein in it but I was looking for more of a fruit base smoothie and didn't like the taste of the protein in this one. But overall, I got what I ordered and it was good. No complaints here! I would come back for $5 Fridays for sure! Was craving something green! The kale mango smoothie was delicious and creamy! I ordered a medium but got a large and there are no complaints about that other than they ended up making two trips for ingredients and 2 blending sessions but the girl apologized for the wait. So this place has always been great until this morning I was in line and they had canned drinks on the floor next to the fridge and I tripped over them and I asked why are those there before I picked them up(I asked so I could know whether or not to put them in the fridge they were next to or not or if they actually belonged on the floor lined up) and the male worker said "really you're gonna ask me why they are there after you just knocked them down everywhere without picking them up?" He was very rude about it and I responded yes, because I was going to put them in the fridge if that's where they belonged. That's why I was asking. And he just watched me put them in the fridge and did not even say thank you. I've never experienced such rude customer service. read more

First problem - confusing opening hours. Door says 6:30, app says 7:00. Either way, I showed up at 7:15 on 12/13 and no one was there. Someone is clearly late for their shift or doesn't care enough to be on time. There are cars with people waiting for them to open, but some of us don't have that luxury. After coming here for several months, today my smoothie was essentially slime. It has been over an hour and the gooey/jiggly consistency has not changed, and when you move the container, the smoothie remains in the same shape as the container. The flavor is also very different than the usual berry punch I always order and it is almost impossible to drink because of the thickness. Everyone who works here seems to hate life and annoyed that they have to be there. When I walked in, the girl said "oh Jesus" with a big sigh. There were already many other customers in line. I love smoothies and what I like most about smoothie king is that it is consistent. And I like my smoothies really blended well and don't like fruit getting stuck in my straw.
