I don't know if this is typical for Smoothie King or just this OKC location, but the staff were shockingly rude and unpleasant. Ok! I've been a customer of Smoothie King on Memorial Road in OKC for over 2 years now. I enjoy the snot out of the Acai Bowls and willing to pay additional cost for added fruit and granola. The last 2 visits left me disappointed and concerned, why Smoothie King employees and Manager, are unwilling to allow me to pay extra for more acai and fruit! Omg their smoothies are so delicious! I love every one I've tried and they have SO many options. The last one I had was the mango kale and it was delicious and refreshing. Customer service is great, i think at 3 years im a regular. The entire crew knows me and they still greet me every time i arrive w my name. The smoothies are delicious and always fresh fruits ! I was going to my friend's house and Smoothie King is literally just down the road. This is mango, kale and almonds. It's suppose to have a banana in it, but just like my friend I had them hold the banana because it's a denser and thicker fruit with dense calories.There is no judgment to others, just saying. The people were nice (yes, I was bad and went inside but I had a mask on). All of the employees were masked also. I downloaded the Smoothie King app while there, so I can get free things like "immunity boost" added (yes, please!) The store was clean. First time coming here and my smoothie was just that...smooth. Sure silky and easy to drink. Also very very tasty. Easily affordable too! Their smoothies can be made to order or predetermined set of ingredients according to what you want. Great for post workout snack or just to kill a sweet tooth craving. Staff is helpful and friendly. I went through the drive-thru for my first Smoothie King experience and it was obvious that I had never been there. They recommended a smoothie and when I pulled to the window they asked if it was my first visit. When I told them it was they offered to make my first one on the house.
