I had an unfortunate experience at the drive-thru. Amber took our order she was very unkind and impatient, displaying a disrespectful attitude. Our food was prepared messily, I've never had my flatbread look like this. This was the second time I encountered this employee; the first time, I assumed she was just having a bad day, but after this second interaction I think this might just be her. Very bad experience

I love this place. It's near my office so it's perfect for a quick drive thru lunch- and yes they have a drive thru which is a HUGE plus especially if you are always on the go. I have been obsessed with the Island green smoothie lately- both the regular and the detox versions are so good. Today I also tried the Caribbean Jerk chicken Bowl- it was good but I wish there was more of the pineapple salsa. Ultimately the bowl left a little more to be desired and honestly the jerk sauce/dressing I am so glad that they served it on the side because holy wow was it hot! I needed the smoothie to calm down the spice and I didn't even add a lot- basically a drizzle on top and mixed it up. Update: 7/24/19 today I ordered a half sandwich with my smoothie- I ordered the turkey apple Dijon because it sounded delicious and I had been wanting to try it. There's nothing on it! It has turkey, bacon and some melted cheese. There's not Dijon, not apple slaw. Highly disappointed. I went through the drive thru on my way back to the office- so imagine my disappointment when I saw what I was hoping to be a nice little lunch.

I came here to meet a friend for lunch and was really pleased. The prices are very reasonable (although I suppose I compare them to DC, so everything in OKC is reasonable) and the smoothies are HUGE! I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread, which was good, and it was refreshing to have decent pesto in Oklahoma. The staff are really friendly. The table that I first sat at needed cleaning, hence the dinged star, but overall I would definitely return.

It's just a slab of peanut butter

Honestly, I'm used to them making it right but this is just them being lazy. I asked for the Chia Banana Boost and both Strawberries and Peanut butter. There wasn't that much strawberries in it but a lot of peanut butter. Bro didn't blend it they gave it to me so fast I didn't notice till I got halfway.

My husband discovered this place when he got a job near it. I think some days he eats here for breakfast and lunch! I've had lunch there quite a few times, and everything I've tasted has been delicious. They have wonderful smoothies, of course, but they also offers sandwiches, wraps, and salads that are equally as good. Oh, and they just started making tacos too! I prefer the chicken tacos to the fish, but both are yummy.

They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.

Finally, a top-tier Asian bakery in OK!…read more If you live in Oklahoma, you know the struggle: there aren't many options for authentic Asian pastries, and even fewer that actually thrive. 85°C Bakery Cafe is a breath of fresh air and easily one of the better spots in the area. You can really tell everything is baked fresh that morning. The textures are spot on--soft, airy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their drink menu is near-perfection. Both the Milk Tea and Thai Tea taste incredibly authentic, which is hard to find around here. They aren't just sugar-bombs; you can actually taste the quality of the tea. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is a safety concern for those with allergies. Unlike Tous Les Jours, which clearly lists ingredients/allergens by each pastry, 85°C is a bit more vague at the display. As someone who has to be careful about what's in my food, I'd love to see them adopt a more transparent labeling system so I don't have to guess or ask for every item. The Verdict: Delicious, fresh, and a must-visit for your pastry fix. Just be cautious if you have specific dietary restrictions!

I ordered the Cuban panini with a side of Parmesan-encrusted button mushrooms. It's so hard to find anything close to Cuban bread, but this wasn't bad, and the panini was toasted nicely. There's only one problem: This isn't a Cuban sandwich. It's ham and turkey with pickles. I'll point the finger at myself for not looking at the menu closer. A Cuban HAS to be roast pork and ham, and the meat shouldn't be cold. I know this isn't Miami, but stop trying to pass this off as something it's not. As for the Parmesan-encrusted mushrooms, you might expect some bit of crust or breading with Parmesan. Nope. These were sautéed mushrooms with a glop of Parmesan (not entirely sure it wasn't Swiss) in the middle. If you wanted both, you had to get a mushroom, then bite off a bit of the no longer melted cheese. I'm not going to tell anyone not to come here. As ham and turkey paninis go, it was OK. But I can't help but think if they're trying to pass things off as something they're not, what else might not be as it seems?

I've even "cruised" past ordering spuds or cookies in the past because I didn't always think the value was there. With this newer location, though, I may need to rethink that. On this visit I grabbed a to-go order of two spuds and two cookies. My wife wanted the Turkey Spud and I tried the Baja Spud with chicken. The first thing I noticed right away--the potatoes were huge! Honestly, some of the most impressive sized spuds I've had from City Bites in quite some time. My wife's Turkey Spud was loaded, easy to see the generous amount of turkey piled on top. She was happy, which means I was happy. My Baja Spud, on the other hand, looked good but didn't quite deliver the same way. It felt light on the chicken and a little heavy on the sour cream. The flavor was fine, but the balance of ingredients wasn't what I expected, especially compared to how well-topped my wife's potato was. Thankfully, the spud itself was large enough that I could share with her and still be satisfied. Now, the cookies. I've been vocal in the past about how City Bites cookies have gotten smaller with less icing, which was disappointing since their Pumpkin Cookie has always been a personal favorite. This time I was pleasantly surprised--the Pumpkin Spice and Snickerdoodle were closer to the classic City Bites cookies I used to love. Bigger, better, and more in line with what they should be. A perfect sweet ending to our meal. Overall, I left impressed with the portion sizes and especially happy with the cookies. The Baja Spud could use more chicken, but between the generous potatoes and the nostalgic return of the cookies, this location gives me hope that City Bites is stepping things back up.

Right from the moment we walked in, the sports vibe was on point. The walls were decked out with jerseys from Thurman Thomas, Joe Carter, and Chet Holmgren, and the space was filled with excellent lighting and plenty of TV screens. It's definitely the kind of place that makes you want to hang out, watch a game, grab a beer, and enjoy some good bar food. We came in on National Wing Day, and my wife picked B-Dubs to celebrate. It's probably been close to 10 years since my last visit to a B-Dubs, so I was curious to see what had changed. The promo was BOGO boneless wings, so I went with the Original Buffalo and Asian Zing. My wife ordered Honey BBQ and plain. Sides were onion rings and fries. Food-wise, it was hit or miss: * Original Buffalo & Asian Zing: Solid flavors. I'd get them again. * Honey BBQ & Plain: Neither of us liked the Honey BBQ, and, well, the plain were just that--plain. * Onion Rings: Looked great, but totally lacked flavor. * Fries: Ordered no seasoning/no salt. They came salted anyway, so I just brushed it off. We tried both Ranch and Blue Cheese dipping sauces--unfortunately, both were disappointments. The blue cheese had no flavor or chunks, and the ranch was barely passable (though my wife said it was edible). Now to the highlight: our server, Halle, was fantastic! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the visit. Final thoughts: This location nails the atmosphere and service, but the food still leaves a lot to be desired. Would definitely return to watch a game or have drinks, but I wouldn't make it my go-to spot for wings.
