I come here primarily in the morning for my breakfast smoothie. I usually get Green Tea Tango with mango and it never disappoints. The people here are super friendly and tries to be as prompt as possible. It's typically not too busy when I stop by (ranging from 7a-8aish). don't think anyone actually sits here to drink their smoothie, more of an in and out place and the facility seems clean enough for that. read more

LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE!!! Hubby and I probably get smoothie king 2-3x a week and we always will go out of our way to come to this location. This is the only smoothie king I've ever been to that makes my smoothie right every time (seems like a lot of locations can't make the Nutty Super Grain the right way). Anyhow besides the smoothies always coming out perfect, the customer service is incredible. I've had a great experience with every employee at this location. had received a free coupon when i moved down here, so decided to use it. stopped off here and was impressed that it was clean (compared to the smoothie kings in NY). Since i didn't know what to get, i asked the girls behind the counter what to get, and they said the sky was the limit with this coupon. i ordered the power punch plus http://smoothieking.com/menu/smoothies/fitness-blends/power-punch-plus The ingredients in this are: Strawberries, Bananas, Non-Fat Milk, Nutrient Mix, Vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, Wheat Germ, Yeast, Turbinado (since i'm dairy free, they were able to substitute the milk for almond milk, and the whey for vegan protein) it was a very tasty drink, and had been designated as a 'meal replacement'...and amazingly enough, i felt full after finishing it (a 20oz). The ladies behind the counter were friendly and knowledgeable of their products and made the smoothie rather quickly as well. The smoothie was great, service was great and facility was clean. i'd definitely go back. only negative was trying to get out of the parking lot and getting back onto lawrenceville-suwanee road. rush hour traffic is horrible ..(but not their issue, just my rant) read more

I'll start off by saying that the smoothies taste wonderful on the other hand, the employees are very lifeless, careless, and rude to an extent. They never help you with anything or questions you have about the menu. I understand it's probably not the greatest place to work but customer service should be the main priority in a establishment like this. You won't even get a, "you're welcome" when getting your order and say, " thank you". Very rude customer service and don't make you feel welcome at all. read more

I have been to this location twice and the service is horrible. On my first visit, it took over 30 minutes to get my shake and I was given the wrong size. The second visit, I arrived at 8:50 and the sign clearly said they closed at 9:00pm. The employees closed up early and had already started mopping. the worst smoothie king in georgia as it relates to customer service and cleanliness!! they currently have a b-87 and they haven't been open that long! red flag!! also, the morning employee/so called manager has the worst attitude and the owners need to immediately invest in some customer service classes for her. she should have been fired a year ago because she cursed customers out openly in front off all employees and other customers at their pleasant hill location. they are desperate for money and refuse to allow customers to use the $1 off survey coupon from their own receipts. also, be aware- "they do not give refunds".....smh. i had to call my bank to dispute the charge on my card in order to get my money back for a smoothie i returned to them for their managers customer service dissatisfaction and cursing me out. the best smoothie king to patronize is the buford ( mall of georgia location) and they always have an "a" sanitation grade, all of the employees are very professional, friendly,and provide great customer service on every visit. it's most likely a result of a totally different owner at this location. i live 1 mile from the suwanee location, but it's worth the gas/drive to travel to the buford location for the professionalism, awesome service, and cleanliness! read more
