SOFT OPENING New Korean bakery outside Atlanta ‼ Seems like we have been waiting years for this location to open. Basically, in the same shopping center as two other bakeries, and then two more bakeries across the street. There is going to be some tough competition here. I've covered this location quite a few times on my new business series before they opened, just patiently waiting. The space is large, modern, and open with glass cases along the wall. Just grab the tongs and tray, then serve yourself as with the other bakeries in the area. What makes this location special? Well, I'm still working on that. The croissant selection is larger than most places and the drinks are more updated to have a colorful matcha menu. But, other than that, even after tasting, the flavors are fairly standard. I would say, if pressed that they have more croissants and a special pound cake that other places don't have. Their prices are also $1-2 lower than I've seen before in the area, but that may be due to new opening. Should you try it? Yes, because everyone has a different view point and preference. I hope you can try all the local businesses before naming a favorite. I purchased: 1 Purple Snow Matcha - Not much matcha flavor and mostly tasted like milk. The purple ube foam was pale and lacking flavor also. 2 Brownie Croissant - They have a standup croissant business. After this croissant was jammed into the to-go bag, it didn't look as impressive but tasted delicious. Not that chocolaty, but amazing texture. 3 Lemon Pound Cake - Dry. This is one of their signature pound cake items, and all that they had available when I visited. 4 4 Cheese Quiche - Love the crispy, light, and flakey croissant base texture, but didn't include much quiche filling. 5 Salt Bread - Classic, a little tough but oh-so-pretty with the dark egg wash. 6 Viral Dubai Chewy Cookie - I was really looking forward to this cookie, as I'm obsessed with the handmade one I had at the smaller bakery down the street. New Korean bakery opened up in Suwanee. Lots of space and seating available. I got 3 pastries, the salt bread, pistachio croissant, and mango danish. Everything tasted fresh and even better warmed up. I tried their purple snow matcha, it tasted like a taro foam on top which was delicious. The purple wasn't as vibrant as the photo but the flavor was there. Compliments the matcha well and not a lot of ice was added which I liked. They have other unique drinks options that I'd come back for. The place is super cute! The workers are super friendly and accommodating. The macaroon was just okay the inside filling was like buttercream frosting and the pistachio flavor wasn't very strong so it just tasted like buttercream. I got a Dubai chocolate croissant too. It was flaky and the pastry part was good but I think the filling could use some work. It didn't give Dubai chocolate. There's no pistachio cream in it. I also think the baked goods are more expensive than the regular Asian bakeries. My matcha was fantastic though. Not too sweet. The cream on top was thick and fantastic. New bakery in the plaza next to Suwanee Hmart. It's in the same plaza with CowWow BBQ, Kang Seo, Sambong, and other restaurants. Great location off of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. Huge space and lots of seating even for big groups. Cute London-esque decorations. However, bread selections are quite limited. Breads are at the inside corner of the restaurant. Typical Korean bread options are there along with other trendy items like Dubai chocolate croissants, Dubai chewy cookies, etc. but taste was just okay and is similar to other bakeries, nothing outstanding. They also have whole and slice cakes too. They have a lot more drink options though. They seem to be a combo of Korean bakery plus cafe offering matcha and ube options as well as other trendy items. Service was pretty fast too with a lot of employees in the back taking orders and making drinks. Definitely will visit again if I'm in the area but not sure if I'll go out of my way to go here though. read more

So sooo good!!! everything was so good here, most of the pastry's are very sweet and tasty, we tried just one that was salty and loved it but they quickly ran out of that one as we probably imagined that it was one of the most popular ones. the rest of the desserts were very yummy and also tasted very fresh! the ambience was also very nice and friendly, me and my friend stayed there for close to an hour and felt the very welcoming presence of all the staff! Their bread tastes fresh and perfectly sweet. I like the uniqueness they bring to their baked goods as well, a lot of the things they had i haven't seen at other korean bakeries so it was nice seeing new options for once.
