The most disorganized and inefficient location I've visited. I waited over 20 minutes for a smoothie and toast. My toast sat unfinished on the counter for more than 10 minutes while no one realized the smoothie had never been sent to the order line. After it became clear there wasn't going to be any progress, I asked for a refund. Unsurprisingly, no one in the store knew how to process one and ultimately had to leave without a refund. Brenden took care of me today and he was AMAZING! I've been coming to smoothie king for years but never have I been taken care of like this. I told him I was tired and cramping from the gym, and that I wanted a nutty super grain. He suggested that I get the Strawberry banana Gladiator sub peanut butter instead of strawberries. I order on the app and it's always ready and delicious when I get there. If you order online, you don't have to wait or talk to anyone when you get there. You just grab your drink from the online orders display thing and leave. And it's in a really convenient spot; it's across the street from the post office where I go every other day. Def a fan... I've been in hear a handful of times now and I enjoy this place.. Same gal every morning I've went in, not sure if shes the owner or not, but shes easy to talk to and gets the job done. The light and fluffy is where its at and always made the right way. The add-ins are a little expensive in my opinion, but they gotta make some money somewhere, rent in The Woodlands isn't cheap. Staff seems to hate working here, smoothies are good but seem over priced if you want protein added. I looked over to see them make it and the amount of protein they had is close to nothing anyone that takes any protein powder knows the scoops are massive. Brian seemed awfully rude today. I made an online order and my coworkers usually has cash so I go in and order for them. Done this numerous times and go at least 3-4 times a week getting 2-3 smoothies at a time. We go here a lot but today just seemed to end the frequent visits to maybe non at this location.
